Bespoke chocolate making classes available in the classroom and online. Our classes are great for individuals, schools, colleges and corporate events
Have you ever wondered how chocolate is made? Based in Nottingham, Deli-Cious Chocolate offer bespoke chocolate making sessions. Each class consists of a 3-hour session hosted by an experienced chocolatier.
You will learn the art of chocolate making and can take home everything that you make during the session. With the skills you learn in our classes, you can continue your chocolate making at home too.
We will provide everything you need on the day, and you can expect the following from your session:
- An introduction into the world of the chocolatier
- Learn how to make and temper your chocolate
- How to create chocolate lollipops
- How to structure and make your own individual chocolates
- Experience the art of truffle making
- A tutorial on chocolate piping and piping techniques
- You will design and package all of your own chocolates
After the class you will be given the opportunity to purchase a take home chocolate making kit, so you can continue improving on your newly acquired skills. Our sessions make great gifts and are also ideal for groups. We are also available to run classes at a venue of your choosing if required. We deliver hybrid Zoom classes for corporate team building sessions and have a variety of packages available to suit your needs.

Our chocolatier runs classes for individuals, groups, schools and corporate events. We will tailor the session to suit your requirements, and even offer online chocolate making classes.

"My friend Dorothy & I had afternoon tea here and we both agree it was absolutely fantastic. First class with a superb range of sandwiches, savourys, cakes, scones with jam & cream. It also came with a platter of mini doughnuts & strawberries with a yummy chocolate dip to dunk them in and a pot of tea, or coffee if you wished. We were amazed at what we got. It was the best afternoon tea we've ever had. Excellent value for money & totally amazing. Service was so friendly. Lovely place - we've already booked in for another one. Really enjoyable afternoon."
